Donations and Volunteers
Before you Collect Donations
The critical items needed to support disaster victims change very rapidly. Some items needed directly after an event may not be needed several weeks later. If you would like to organize a disaster relief supplies collection drive in your area, please consider the following:
· Transportation must be provided
· Call to obtain a list of the needed items BEFORE you start collecting
· Call the number below for information on packaging and to coordinate acceptance and delivery
If you need assistance please call 1-888-585-9643.
We are truly grateful and would like to thank all of those who are thinking of South Carolina's citizens in their time of need.
Monetary Donations
Donations of products for disaster relief require transportation, warehousing, and distribution of the products. The most effective offer is a monetary donation. Charitable organizations assisting South Carolina victims will use your donation to purchase - locally if possible - the exact items needed to meet the needs of the victims.
We are requesting that all monetary donations be sent directly to charitable organizations who are assisting our State during this emergency. Please make a selection from the organizations listed below:

We are not directly accepting used clothing items. However, we are requesting that any in-state clothing donations be taken to a charitable organization within your community. These organizations already have the resources to make the best use of clothing donations.
