SCEMD Monitoring Tropical Disturbance 94L and Tropical Storm Humberto

Columbia, S.C. – The South Carolina Emergency Management Division is actively monitoring two tropical systems. A tropical disturbance (94L), in the southwestern Atlantic Ocean and Tropical Storm Humberto.

SCEMD officials are working closely with the members of the State Emergency Response Team, the National Weather Service, and local officials to provide updated information and guidance on any potential impacts to South Carolina.

SCEMD urges South Carolina residents and visitors to:

  • Follow all instructions from local emergency officials.
